We ordered the karma 4 with two proteins and two sides. Our proteins were chicken 65 and goat curry. For our sides we got chili cauliflower and sweet and sour eggplant. We were not too sure about the chicken 65 at first because usually the chicken 65 we’ve had before were much smaller chicken pieces and breaded. However, we were pleasantly surprised as the taste was just what we hoped for. Nice and spicy too. The cauliflower and eggplant dishes both seem to be Hakka inspired dishes but were also great. We did take out and it was more than enough for two, with leftovers. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends. I ordered here multiple times and the food was amazing in 2021. Was there today and the quality has severely dropped. The Sriracha Cauliflour and Chickpea Salad is usually firm and bursting with flavour but today the Sriracha Cauliflower was overcooked. And the Chickpea Salad was EXTREMELY overcooked, tasted bland and off. This combo was overall stale. I was really looking forward to this meal but it really spoiled my appetite. When I returned for a refund the woman on shift said, "since you bought this as a takeout it probably got soggy". But how can this meal become "soggy" 5 mins after purchase? With the poor customer service and the stale food, you have lost a customer.

I love the butter chicken here and their salads but I had one of the most unfortunate incidents here I’ve ever had with buying food out. They had the chicken biryani out on the counter advertised for purchase and I decided to try it. They proceeded to microwave it and I decided I didn’t mind even though it really should be prepared more professionally. When I started eating a piece of chicken on the bone I discovered the chicken was completely raw inside and I had been eating it not knowing that and it had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long, raw. I got my money back but an incident like that I could sue for, it could make people seriously sick and it’s unacceptable for this to happen.
