My orders got made wrong every time I stop by this location. This is absolutely shocking. Here I ordered: Crunchwrap Supreme, 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch.
Appearance: 1/5⭐️ Everything was so loosely wrapped and all the toppings were coming out everywhere. It was extremely messy.
Smell: 1/5⭐️ There was absolutely no smell to it at all, I’m not sure why. It was just bland.
Taste: 1/5⭐️ Absolute RIP OFF. I have selected Beef as main topping for all tacos and a wrap , and I have PAID for extra beans on the side. And you guys made my crunch wrap with BEANS ONLY, No Beef, as well as two of my Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos came with beans only. How did this happen? This is not the first time thing, this is the third time I buy food from this locations and they swap out all the meat for beans. I was so disappointed. Dear management and supervisors please re-train employees on how to read and accept online orders. Because clearly if a customer pays extra for something and selects something specific, why do they decide on their own what to add and not add as my toppings?
Texture: 1/5⭐️ It was just a mess, flat, lacked toppings and flavour, nothing memorable about the food at all.
Temperature: 1/5⭐️ Food arrived room temperature.
Flavour: 1/5⭐️ Truly not much I can say, I did like the Doritos Cheesy Gordita wrap itself but that’s about it. The rest of ingredients lacked any flavour whatsoever. Very skimpy on the toppings in everything.
Price: 1/5⭐️ Where do I start… 4 items came up to almost Thirty Dollars in price. Absolute waste of money for the quality and the amount of food you are receiving. And considering that I paid extra for extra ingredients, and they still managed to make it cheaper and however they wanted.

I arrived at the drive-thru, gave the customer’s name at the speaker, and waited behind two cars for about 5–7 minutes. When it was finally my turn at the window, I was abruptly told to “come inside” – no heads-up at the speaker, which would’ve saved time and effort.
I went inside only to find that the order was already ready, but the staff member (a tall lady wearing black specs) had written the wrong name on it, scratched it off, and handed it to me with a completely careless attitude. I still don’t know if I received the correct order or not – only the customer would know. The way she interacted with me and her colleagues was shockingly rude and unprofessional – loud, bossy, and disrespectful, speaking in another language and acting like she was running a boot camp.
It wasn’t even busy – the store was nearly empty. One customer was sitting in the dining room, and another was waiting at the front, but still the energy and service were just terrible.
Also, the packaging was sloppy. No sticker on the drink lid, no attention to secure packaging. Compared to places like McDonald’s or Burger King, Taco Bell really needs to step up. Customers are paying $20–$40 per order and receiving their food like it’s being handed out of a trash bin. No care at all.
It’s clear they’re trying to cut corners on labor and packaging, but without customers, there won’t be any profit. If this is the standard they’re going with, I won’t be surprised if fewer people return – dashers and...

This is by far one of the nastiest KFC/TACO BELL locations ive been to.
Upon ordering from drive-thru, I drive a lifted truck so i can genuinely SEE everything in the back.
I watch the lady at the window, touch the debit machine, Ipad, put her hand in her back pocket, checked her phone, touched her face her ears she was laughing back and forth with the other workers. To grabbing the sandwhich bread that was located i asum on a mircowave located underneath the table and where the toaster is, she did not WASH HER HANDS, she didnt put on gloves she proceeded to use her BARE hands she just touched so many surfaces that are contaminated with bacteria, to grab the bag of buns grab a BUN, slip it in the toaster and proceeded to make the sandwich wrap and give it to a customer up front.
THEY HAD NO NAME TAGS, headoffice has been contacted BOTH KFC AND TACO BELL HAS BEEN CONTACTED WITH THIS ISSUE'
