Someone at the 11 Westmore Drive Location in Etobicoke is making fraudulent purchases and most likely cashing out at the end of the night and pocketing the money.
I live 6 hours away from this location and I have never once stepped foot into this particular establishment or any establishment for that matter in Etobicoke.
Over the weekend my card was charged a total of 11 times for orders at this location. I tried contacting this location to find out what the hell was going on and 2 days later I was finally able to reach someone and he played dumb with me and had ZERO interest in what I had to say. I asked to speak with a manager and he fluffed me off and said there wasn’t one there.

Food (3/5): The food was decent, but there were some issues. The sub had way too much sauce even though I asked for just a little. I asked for Mozzarella cheese, but they put regular processed cheese instead. There was also a hair on the bread, which was really off-putting.
Service (1/5): The service was super slow. The staff took forever to take my order, and one guy's arm was touching my sub when he cut it, which was unhygienic.
