I recently had a disappointing experience.
I arrived at the restaurant approximately an hour before their scheduled closing time, hoping to grab some chicken for dinner. However, I was informed by the staff that they were out of chicken and not planning to make any more batches due to their imminent closing.
Feeling disappointed, I accepted their response and prepared to head home. However, to my surprise, as I approached the drive-through window, one of the workers apologized and said they had chicken available after all. They assured me that they were preparing a last batch and asked me to return in about 10 minutes.
Having been given this reassurance, I decided to give them another chance. I returned to the drive-through as instructed and received the chicken I had initially requested. However, upon reaching home and starting to eat the chicken, my disappointment grew even further. It became evident that the chicken was old and spoiled, far from the fresh and delicious quality I expected.
This experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. It seems as though the staff's hurried decision to make a last-minute batch of chicken resulted in serving me a subpar product that was unfit for consumption. As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive quality food, regardless of the time of day or the closing hours of the establishment.

Read moreThis is the absolute worse kfc in the area. Save yourselves and just go to the kfc on kipling. Time and time again this place has given the wrong order or something was just wrong in general. I’ve had hair in my food on multiple occasions, missing items and had to go back, I’ve watched as the manager or supervisor wiped her nose with her bare hands and touched the bag with my food and still hand it to me like covid isn’t still a thing. No matter how many breaks I take from this place every time I come back it’s the same old thing. Always check your order before leaving if you don’t want to come back. The food standard for this place is unacceptable and I find it hard to believe that the manager(s) at this location take their job seriously because if this was my location I would be fixing the issue after years of complaints. They don’t listen to your orders properly, I once ordered a wrap with extra lettuce no tomato, repeated it 3 times and still got a wrap with extra lettuce and EXTRA TOMATO came back a couple weeks later asked for three extra sauce because in the bag and still ended up missing one. This shouldn’t be an ongoing problem time and time again, instead of spending money on renovations, spend money on getting better staff and well training them to assure that food safety is being taken seriously. We went to the drive thru it was very slow and a struggle to order my food....i believe the person on the speaker was being trained which is fine but I told her my first combo then she said drive up and I had to let her know several times I was not finished ordering....this is very frustrating when they just jump the gun....i finally get to the window and basically had to place my order again....for what ever reason she asked me what my combo was again I told her and then told her my next combo again then she had to ask me what drinks...so I'm wondering what was she doing when I ordered at the speaker....then she gives me the total and I ask her to tell me my whole order....sure enough she didn't have my 2 nachos supreme with beans no meat.....so she tells whoever to add it to the order. I finally get my drinks....she didn't put ice in them, so I had her take them back to fill with ice....then I get the food and sure enough my nachos Supremes had no meat....and NO BEANS....which I specifically asked for the beans...had to give those back too must have been about 20mins. During this time my husband had to take my son inside to go to the bathroom, which he said the bathroom was filthy...so not sure what was going on today their but it was a terrible...
