After working a 16 hour shift from the hospital, I came to order my usual margherita pizza at exactly 1:00 am in the morning (January 27th). Iâve asked if they were still open and the guy with a hat (I did not get the chance to get his name was but he was of South Asian descent) said yes weâre open till 2 am but really we close at 1:45 am. I ordered my food and theyâve prepared my food. Just about when I sat down, try to have a bite of my food. The guy repeatedly started yelling at me, trying to tell me to eat my food outside, raising his voice like Iâm not a human being at all. Mind you it was only 1:10 am. It was terribly a dehumanizing experience. I felt like I was an animal being turned away, it was really cold out & I live so far. It could definitely been handled in a more professional, respectful manner. Now, the only reason Iâm writing this review was so that this guy can get some serious conflict resolution/management training. It appears that he have lost his cool, seems like have serious rage issues. Iâve been nothing but nice and respectful all this time. Unfortunately, with this type of poor behavior; not only will the company lose money but also customers if this guy doesnât get his particular training. Today, he gave a huge disservice for the company. Truly a disappointment. PiCo had such high...
Read moreJuly 2023. Ordered two pizzas for take out. I had to wait as a group of 7 were being served and a delivery guy was next. No problem, I understand. The singular girl behind the counter was calm, meticulous and made decent pizzas but looked like she needed a vacation.
During my visit the fire alarm went off. A regular happening since opening week. I left with numbness in my ears and feeling sorry for the group that were sitting directly under the speaker.
2022 Opening: Ok, it's good pizza. Well mine was anyway. One price for a 14 inch and all the ingredients you want to put on it.
I ordered mine with spicy sauce, pepperoni, chorizo sausage, onions, mushrooms and provolone cheese. Even with all of that, an hour later and I could eat another. No leftovers with this pizza. The size of a frozen Dr. Oetker but with much better dough.
20 dollars with a drink. Domino's has nothing to worry about. Good quality and the Staff are amazing.
Fully accessible with clean interior seating...if you can put up with the noise...
Read moreI have order once online and picked up in store and had an ok experience. The food was ready on time, tasted ok was quick. The pizza is customizable and there's good options. The problem is the customer service at the store. I've been to the store 3 times and had the same exact experience. The staff don't greet you nor acknowledge your presence until it's your time to order. No communication whatsoever. At least they could say "will be with you in a minute" or something. I thought the first time they might be having a bad day. But this happened 3 separate times. The last time I went in the lady working there ignored me for about 10-15 minutes and then finally "said you can have a seat I'm working on an online order, I will call you when I'm ready". I understand she was alone and multiple orders can be overwhelming but nothing had changed in the 15 minutes I was there. She could have said so from the get go she's working on orders and I would have waited. I decided not to wait because I was annoyed and decided to...
