My personal favourite is the white chocolate lemon poppyseed bars and bonbons! They’re just unbelievably delicious! I would also recommended the dark chocolate barks! Packaging is very neat and makes you feel very special! You can see and feel and taste all the love from unboxing to taking a bite in your delightful chocolate treats! So much love and effort from chocolate crafting to packaging! I’ve ordered gift boxes of assorted truffles and bonbons and rose lollipops bouquet and gave to them to family and and friends and they also felt the same special and loved feeling that I get from it! Edit 4/30: Came back for catharsis; host treated me really well this time, but it was hard to feel positive without being able to shake off the feeling of being robbed of an alternate timeline. I think this requires more time and space for healing.

Original Post: I joined one of the charity events yesterday at 1pm. The host/head of the event greeted me with a snide remark about where to put my jacket (which made everyone laugh - not a great way to greet a guest). Then she started the first batch asking everyone around me to join her at the kitchen leaving me alone with the staff stating there was space for strictly 12 guests (which was too strict and I was not even the last one to arrive). I am not sure if she did not like my gender or ethnicity, but she was singling me out and doing everything in her power to diminish me. Luckily, others noticed her actions and started including me into their activities and I ended up having a good time and collected a few contacts despite her putting me at a disadvantage by abusing her power as the host. I don't blame her, I just think she is a horrible judge of character for judging me so harshly from looks only. Will see how she handles things the next time I join if I choose to.
