To be honest: from an European perspective it is astonishing how incompetent someone can plan a construction site and a new train station: first, the ongoing construction site did change the whole traffic, but do you think something is announced on any sign? Second, the display says platform twelve for some trains, but has actually only two 1 and 4; but no information that 12 is a part of 1. Diane went out of her way to contact her colleagues on the train, who were able to recover my phone and drop it off at Union Lost & Found within 20 minutes. I was anticipating never getting my phone back - and I had it within an hour. Diane and her colleagues went above and beyond - and I'm...
