This restaurant was absolutely delicious! We’ve come here for numerous company brunches, and the food is all healthy and scrumptious!

The restaurant itself is beautiful. It is bright and open with large windows, vines decorating the white gazebo-like structures, and lining the ceiling. During the summer, real birds make their way into the restaurant and chirp from above!

At this café, you order your own food at the counter, and then bring it to your table when it’s ready. I got their Hot Ginger Lemonade, which was just comfort-incarnate. It was so heartwarming (literally), and is perfect during a cold winter day.

This café is located under a recording studio, which provides its own music and chill vibes while eating and working. The building is just down the street from the King St. W WeWork location, so it’s the perfect place to take your lunch break at!

For my main, I got their Cured Trout Toast, which had a poached egg, greens and crème fraîche on top. It was ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS! Healthy, filling, and packed full of flavour. On another visit, I’ve also gotten their Rosti Bowl, which was also delicious and filling! The brisket was so tender and the bowl was bursting with flavour.

For a quick breakfast pick-me-up, I’ve gotten their Hot Ginger Lemonade iced, to-go, and a delicious Blueberry Crumble Muffin. Both delicious!

I would highly recommend stopping here for delicious breakfast, brunch or lunch! Their dishes are healthy,...

Ive been meaning to leave a review or drop in and say a thank you in person.

I struggle with convulsive episodes / have a disability and was teetering on having one at this cafe trying to get myself to calm down, trying to figure out how to get home with my service dog.

The cafe manager heard me stuttering, picked up on my lack of body tone and treated me with honestly what I don't get very often: just utter humanity. I was trying to pay for some sort of drink with electrolytes and he problem solved for me - made me a lemonade off menu and didn't charge me for it.

I don't know how to express how important moments of humanity like that are for me right now. I've thought about it since and it really made me feel so much better, it still does. Managed to avoid an emerge visit because of it.

Thank you.

The lemonade was also: delicious as is everything I've ever ordered there.

I apologize if I don't always order something haha (I'd like to but sometimes getting in line for me is hard and the music is still too much but maybe in a couple of weeks!) but everything is delicious and the people who work there...

I stopped by Arvo in Liberty Village and had a really pleasant experience. I ordered the smoked salmon toast, a honey lavender latte, and a vegan walnut banana muffin.

The smoked salmon toast was easily the standout – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The combination of textures and the balance of seasoning made it a dish I’d come back for. The vegan muffin was moist, not overly sweet, and a nice pairing with the latte. The honey lavender latte was smooth but leaned a little too subtle for my taste – I was hoping for more of the floral and honey notes to come through.

Service was friendly and fairly quick, and the interior is bright, modern, and comfortable – a great place to get some work done or catch up with a coworker or classmate. There's even a meeting room tucked away, which adds to the space’s versatility.

Overall, Arvo Liberty Village is a great spot for a light bite and a productive coffee break. I’ll definitely be back for that...

Disappointed about the food and drinks here. FOOD: food was so so and lack of flavor. The portion was quite small and the variety is terrible. • Some flat bread: just some bread dip in something tastes like hummus. • Beef tartare: this one was the best among all the dishes. Although there's not much to talk about it. • Sourdough bread: tastes like a veggie pizza, but bad version of it. It has some mushrooms and veggies on it and that's it. • Cheese plate: we threw away about 2/3 of it. DRINKS: • Devil's advocate: way too spicy and tastes very weird, very salty and spicy at the same time. I could take only 2 sips of this. INSIDE: quite small restaurant, the patio is much better. I didn't really feel anything but some of my friends complained about a weird smell, they lost appetite and couldn't eat much. SERVICE: terrible, the server seemed grumpy all the time, she's annoyed with my water bottle and told me no outside drinks are allowed.
