Scarboro Village Mall — Local services in Toronto

Been coming to this plaza for over multiple decades. Many of the good original Chinese restaurants are gone but there are some new Vietnamese restaurants that are also good. Young Trend is a new haircut place at the corner by the exit, near Silvan Learning, is also very good and friendly. Unfortunately, the parking lot situation has not changed... still difficult to find parking, rude inconsiderate drivers parked and stopped everywhere, driving the wrong direction on a One Way, unable to maneuver corner turns.... drivers and car owners beware! Good thing there are bus stops...

Mainly a food plaza with free parking, but awkward to get in and out of as the lanes are narrow and corners sharp. Often difficult to get in and out with a number of cars parked in the side waiting for takeout orders making the lanes even more narrow. Quite a few bubble tea places and some restaurants. Not really a MALL per se but has enough variety to keep everyone happy. There's a few bbt places like HiTea and M Cha Bar, a good hotpot place, a popular Taiwanese restaurant, a bingsu spot, and some good old-fashioned BBQ shops.
