My boyfriend and I are not pleased on the customer service. We walked around first to see if we like any of the options when we saw a toy in the pickup container. We told the guy that was playing beside us that he left his toy but he said, “not mine, someone left it there so I guess it’s yours now.” So we went to the machine to purchase the tokens when the worker came near us so my boyfriend said, “someone left it there can we keep it” (while paying for our token). He said it was the other guys’, but we told him it wasn’t his. He then talked to another worker in chinese and took the toy from us like we stole it and said nothing after.. We were obviously is willing to return it if he said that he needs to put it back in the machine, but the way we were approached was not right. There are over 2 dozen claw machines at this store; where most are fairly easy to win. Good variety of prizes with each machine and the stuffed animals are also good quality (soft material and the stuffed toys don't look off).
