Since I live nearby, I tried to go during their BOGO grand opening but the lines were always too long (even at 11:30am on a weekday). Ended up leaving and coming back today and trying the Cloud Coconut Blue since it was sold out when I went to the other HEYTEA last month. First, it is definitely a beautiful drink. But it honestly just tastes like coconut water. The matcha cheese foam on top is very yummy but drinking the drink with a straw means you don't get any cheese foam as you sip (that's probably why they put it in a cup with a twistable lid to drink from). I also asked for less ice but there was still so much ice--literally half the cup was ice, so I wonder how much ice it would've been if I didn't specify. The coconut jelly is as you'd expect, but I think I may prefer if the topping was chewier like agar, but that's just a personal preference. I know their other drinks are really good, I just wanted to try this one since it's new to me, but I probably won't get it again. I'd probably stick with the grape, mango, or matcha drinks next time.

I also love ordering on their app. Whoever designed the app is 👌 bc it's so easy to order and edit drinks, and they automatically ping you to their nearest store. They also have an estimated waiting time so you know how many people are ahead of you and how long...

I finally stopped by Heytea after hearing all the hype--and wow, it totally lives up to it! This spot takes fruit tea and cheese foam drinks to another level.

I tried the Cloud Jasmine and the Cloud Grape, and both were chef's kiss. Cloud Jasmine: Light, floral, and super refreshing. The jasmine tea flavor is beautifully aromatic without being overpowering, and the cheese foam on top adds this slightly salty, creamy layer that makes every sip so satisfying. Cloud Crisp Grape: This one blew me away. It's made with real grapes, so it's juicy and naturally sweet, and again, that cloud-like cheese foam gives it the perfect contrast. It tastes fancy but totally drinkable. Mango Grapefruit Boom: If you love mangoes, get this. It's super fruity, pulpy, and full of fresh mango flavor. Like drinking a mango smoothie but way lighter and more refreshing. Perfect for summer!

Much better than your average bubble tea and the quality is 100% there--from the ingredients to the cute packaging.

If you're into fruity, tea-based drinks with a twist, Heytea is a must-try. I'll definitely be back to try more from the...

Got to try their mango grapefruit bloom and supreme brown sugar boba milk tea during their BOGO grand opening.

There was a line, but the wait wasn't tooo bad. They were working really hard to get everyone's order done. I would say it was pretty organized, they have a good system going. Someone helped get your order ready by asking what you want while you're in the line. They marked it on the paper so it was ready for the cashier.

Both drinks were really good, flavour wise. They are on the pricier side, but the mango grapefruit bloom came with some coconut jelly (the white kind) and the supreme brown sugar came with boba. So in the end, it wasn't too bad of a price. The size was also a little smaller, but I feel all boba shops are cutting down their sizes nowadays...

The grand opening menu was limited, so I can't wait to see what their full menu will look like. Worth a visit, just hopefully without the...
