I had the pleasure of visiting this store. I do have to say, the interior was clean and welcoming. The selection of products were up to date and the atmosphere was overall 10/10.

The only thing I didn’t appreciate was an employee who kept her eyes on me during my whole visit. Which made me extremely uneasy.

I’m assuming this store has problems with theft because they do have a wall displaying thieves and photos of them as well. I completely understand that the employees need to make sure goods aren’t stolen, but I was the only one being uncomfortably watched. The person accompanying me also felt the exact same way.

Update: 03/18/19 ~ Recieved a call from the manager as well as an apology and I appreciated the customer service. I may visit this location again. It is great to be heard. This location may be my go to in the future. Wonderful customer service. (3/5 stars).

03/17/19 ~ The customer service here is terrible. Don't visit this location. I have had terrible experies twice now. I have only had a good experience at the Dundas location. I don't recommend this location....
