I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kream, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, accompanied by the sweet aroma of freshly baked treats.
The variety of cakes available was impressive, ranging from classic flavors like chocolate and vanilla to more unique options such as early grey and matcha. Each slice I tried was incredibly moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated, showcasing the shop’s attention to detail and passion for baking.
One standout for me was their signature Kream Bomb , which had the perfect balance of sweetness and richness. The texture was spot on, and every bite melted in my mouth. They also offer a great selection of beverages to pair with their desserts, making it the perfect spot to relax and indulge.
The staff at Kream were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with recommendations. Their excellent customer service truly made the experience even more enjoyable
Overall, Kream is a must-visit for any dessert lover. Whether you’re looking for a quick treat, a special occasion cake, or just a cozy place to satisfy your sweet tooth, this shop delivers in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back for...
Read moreI have gone to kream many times! I like their kreamspanners, though I only get it hot because I feel like I’m just drinking flavoured cream with the iced version (even if I mix it well). I liked the creme brûlée cube croissant. I warm their croissants for 10 seconds because otherwise it can be hard to cut into or eat. I really like their cake in a can (with crispearls, matcha mousse, and choco cake) but it’s not always available.
That being said, my last purchase was absolutely terrible. It wasn’t my first time getting the cake boxes. The previous times I’ve bought it, it’s been decent! Cake can be a little dry, but the fresh fruits help and it’s not too sweet. This time around, it had an awful smell and taste. You could tell it was there for a few days because of how the fruit looked. And it was $12. Honestly, knowing that their products have a lot of cream and fresh fruit in it, they really should be checking the quality of their products more often and maybe even labelling when they made them. I don’t think I’ll come back even though the service is friendly and the bakery is cute. I’m just put off about how they’re okay selling items that have literally gone bad and at this price...
Read moreI’ve been meaning to try out Kream for so long but it was a bit far for me, glad they opened a location in Scarborough! The staff is nice.
The Kream bomb croissant cubes are their specialty and it lived up to the hype- we tried their Strawberry one and I loved the light cream with a hint of strawberry and crunchy croissant exterior. They give sample of their croissants at the counter which were yummy.
Tried their Matcha Latte since it was BOGO but it was grainy so I didn’t enjoy it much. We also had the chocolate pecan cookies and it was quite dry, mostly pecan and barely any chocolate- not my vibe.
It was empty when we sat down to eat our order and do some work. One of the workers asked if we wanted to try the chocolate basque cheesecake and kindly gave us a slice for free! It was very rich and dense, I personally wouldn't get it again but I'm happy we got to try it since I had an eye on them!
The seating arrangement of the cafe is a bit awkward, many different shaped chairs and feels a bit cramped. The different shaped chairs are fun tho! Perhaps just need fewer.
I’d come here again to try another Kream Bomb flavour, and maybe the einspanner or...
