If it was upto me I would rate this location a 0. Customer service has been consistently bad. I normally drive 25 mins to get Desi tea from here. Sometimes their consistency is too watery but unfortunately this is the closest Premium sweets to me. Today I called them to place the order and in the past they would accept phone orders but this time she told me to come in person and order because they don't take phone orders.

Once I reached, I had to wait for her to finish brooming which is okay though she was moving at a snail pace but what triggered me is that she did not even acknowledge my presence. When she finally spoke up and I asked for tea, she said we don't have tea. I asked her if they are out she said yes and then I told her this is why I called. She did not even apologize but what I don't understand how can you be out of tea when it's literally 1 of 3 things you sell at this location. It's milk and tea leaves. It felt like she did not want to make it. And this wasn't close to their closing...

Bought jelebi today. I asked the lady in store if its crunchy. She sais its crunchy. After I came home and tasted it not crunchy at all and so soft like other sweet. When i contacted store. Store lady told now she doesn't know it it came as of today and that's the reason she told it will be crunchy. I asked why did you give wrong information she keep saying it came today. I wanted to return it but asked to contact in head office. When i askfor number she just told search in Google. This store lady is so rude and premium sweets all they want is to sale leftover item for another day until it sold out and dont care about the quality.
