This was a really cool and hands on experience! My friend and I did the silversmith experience and we ended up making rings. The staff was friendly and the space was really nice. They have a decent selection of gems and the instructions are easy to follow. We booked for a 6pm slot but no one instructed us or told us what to do/helped us start the process until 7pm. We were not even told to go check out gems until we saw a group of people picking theirs out so we got up ourselves. We wanted to create earrings (dangly ones with two stones in my picture) and when we finally sat down after picking ours out the instructor told us we only had to pick one stone because there wasn't enough time which was super disappointing as we arrived on time (5:54pm) and no one got to instructing us until 7pm which wasted an hour of our booking time. We then had to go back to pick something else as we could really only make a ring at this point which wasted more time. It would be helpful if at 6pm someone just went over some general stuff about the workshop so people aren't lost and sitting for an hour with no one telling them what to do. Again, it was a fun activity I think its nice for girls nights or date night but our experience was a bit...
Read moreWe had our highly anticipated workshop yesterday. I made a ring, and my boyfriend made a necklace. Here are a few notes:
the necklace was less silversmithing and due to the setting, the silversmith had to polish it at the end. I got to polish my ring (which I was happy about because I wanted a hands-on experience) It would be nice if they told you how much involvement you’d have in your piece before you decide what you’re making.
there was more sitting around than I had anticipated. This was partly because there are some processes you have to wait for, and partly because your silversmith is working with multiple parties at a time.
I wanted to add a patina finish to my ring but it was too late. It was supposed to be done before the gem was set in the ring, but I didn’t know that and our silversmith didn’t give us the option before we set our stones.
Overall- it was a really unique experience and I would do it again. I would go again and ask some different questions so that I could have a more hands on experience and know what to ask for. I would recommend this place for a unique and...

Very low quality material and improperly secured bracelet. Mr bracket broke once in store and again at home the SAME DAY I made the charm bracelet! Very unfortunate as we had upgraded our chain material from silver plated to sterling silver for the higher quality.
Honestly to avoid this they should simply solder the links together so they don’t open or break.
To secure the chains we twist them open then close them so the charms easily fall off even after the studio “firmly secures” them for you. Not that it would matter because the actual links they give you to attach the clasp and charms on are the issue as they breaks off completely which is what happened to me at the store, it broke in half.
They need to both improve the material of their links 🔗 AND SOLDER THEM SHUT.
Could’ve done this at home for $15 at least I’d say I’m not an expert. Complete money grab. My $30 silver plated anklet is going 4 years and I never take it off and shower with it, and this $70 STERLING SILVER bracket broke off in less...
