I’ve lived away from Toronto for the better part of the last 16yrs and that has always made sending flowers to family and friends back in Canada surprisingly difficult. I have tired everything from FTD/Telaflora, to Costco, to working directly with a local florist; and all of these options have usually ended up being a bit of a pain. There would be inconsistent quality, or things wouldn’t get delivered on time, and regularly I’d feel like I was getting gouged on the price. None of those issues with Tonic Blooms. Ordering from their site was simple, and when I ran into a slight hiccup on my end and needed to change my delivery window, I was able to get in touch with a live person on the phone in literally less than a minute. This is in the days leading up to Mother’s Day mind you. When they and all florists are swamped. And yet I was still able to get on the phone with someone who was friendly, helpful, and accommodating in a minute. That level of customer service is practically unheard of in my experience. Most importantly, when the flowers and Mother's Day package I purchased arrived, everything was in great condition and my mother was very very pleased, and made my older sister jealous. Double win! Simple ordering process, delivery, great quality, and excellent customer service? Is there an option to give them 6 stars? 7stars? I can’t recommend...
