My review : I wouldnât recommend this location. Since first booking my appointment I already wasnât happy with the service . I had an appt booked for 2 weeks already counting the days to see my baby and finding out the gender. closer to the day I received an email saying my appt was cancelled. Becaue is itâs confirm the appt through email . Not sure why they wouldnât call or leave a vm to let pt know to confirm appt . Not everyone checks emails. I called to see what could be done because I had my gender reveal that weekend all planned by my sister in law . They wanted to book my appt the following week . I was not okay with that At all . Secretary told me she would call me back . She never called me back . I called the Vaughn location and they booked me in right away . The secretary there was so friendly she spoke to me about the packages and what would be the best option for me . She answered all my questions in a great manor . I deff recommend the Vaughn location over this location .
Uc : We apologize for your experience. Apparently, telephone messages were also left at the number provided to us to confirm the appointment. The receptionist spoke with you today when you called and confirmed your booking for tomorrow evening. However, it appears that you have also booked an appointment at the Vaughan Mills location without notifying us. Your appointment for tomorrow at our location will be cancelled. We hope you have a wonderful experience seeing your baby. Congratulations.
My reply : Thatâs false . I have no received a call nor a vm from you for appointment confirmation . I luckily seen my email at 3 am to see it was cancelled . And yes I called righr at 10 am to ask why and had confirmed with the secretary that the number provided was correct . I told her I wasnât happy with the next week appt . And she said she would call me back . She never called me back to speak about any later appointment . I happened to look at my email at 12:20 and seen you have sent again an email that was sent at 11:45 saying there was an app avaible for me at a later time . I was waiting for a call not an email . I canât be waiting I need to find solutions not wait for them to be fixed . So I booked somewhere else . I also tried to call after I seen the email at 12:20 for the later appointment you sent to let you guys know I booked somewhere else but there was no answer. Seems to be an issue because your bad reviews are all mostly about cancelations and emails . Maybe you guys should call instead of emailing as it is a quicker and more efficient way to talk to pt / customers...
   Read moreWe had the most AMAZING experience!! â€ïž Donât walk, RUN to UC Baby to have their 3D ultrasound! We had the most incredible experience with Emily our ultrasound technician today. She went above and beyond to capture images of our stubborn little baby who kept putting his hands and feet infront of his face. She managed to capture some amazing images of him and his side profile and 3/4 of his face! She positioned me perfectly to ensure we could get good quality images and even knew exactly where to push on my stomach to get him to stretch and move amniotic fluid around so he could move into better positions.
We were so excited that she worked so hard to give the perfect images of our little guy. She showed us all of the core structures, we got to listen to the heart beat and she answered all of our questions in incredible detail!
I would highly recommend this experience, it is worth every penny! Emily deserves special recognition she was so kind, hard working and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our experience the most...
   Read morePros: The technology is really something, and it was truly astonishing to see our baby's little face. The technician was lovely, and stayed late (our baby is apparently very active, so getting the 3D image took some tenacity and time, and the technician was patient and kind.) Cons: The phone number listed doesn't work. Emails go unresponded. Getting a hold of anyone to speak to at this clinic is impossible (that is, after you've made the appt - they call you immediately after you fill out the online form, but then communication goes dark.) Although she was lovely when we were finally in, the technician was running 30 minutes behind schedule for our appointment. They tell you to come 15 mins early, and they tell you to come with a full bladder. So waiting an extra 45 minutes, pregnant and dying to pee, was really annoying and uncomfortable. tl;dr: I'd say find another place to do your 3D scan - but the 3D scan itself...
