This place has gone from quality and delicious food that I would rave to my friends about. To mediocre, barely fresh, and has seemingly resorted to posting fake reviews.

Much like how the food now tastes, most of the 5* reviews have no substance, lack any effort, and the profiles have only 1-2 reviews. Perhaps they are real, but seems sketchy.

Not sure what happened, maybe they opened too many stores too fast and have scaled everything back from portion size, food quality, staff and training, but it shows.

Many of the reviews from actual people show the same, poorly prepared food, extras which you pay for aren't given, staff don't seem well trained in customer service.

I've ordered fries 3 times here and each time they were old, some were hard enough that I hurt my teeth.

I've ordered pick up instead of delivery thinking "it might be better and fresh if I get it myself at the scheduled pick up time!" and each time I had to wait an additional 15-30 minutes and was still given old fries.

Beef and sauces were ok I guess but portions seem smaller.

Their milkshakes are usually really good. Luckily for them, these are supposed to be cold, can be prepared in advance, and nothing needs to be cooked.

I've ordered onion rings and was told they were out of onion rings and would be given regular fries - what about the extra $ I paid for the onion rings? Why wouldn't you feel compelled to match the value or correct the mistake? And the fries I was given were somehow cold??? You're open late but run out of onion rings at 7pm?

Arrived, 1 person waiting to pick up a take out order. Noticed how dirty the front windows were, can barely see through them. Staff took my order, 20 wings for eat in, quick and simple, you'd think. Wait and wait, over the next 20 min 2-3 other customers come and go for their take out. Front counter staff member in the back somewhere. 2 others cooking away. After 20 min I stand at the front counter, noticed the front counter staff standing in the back on his cell phone not paying attention to anything else. One of the kitchen staff asks if I am waiting for something, yeah, my order of wings. The counter staff member says something (not in english) to the two in the kitchen, one of them says it'll be 5 min. Wait even more, again go up and ask, wings do not take 30 min even in a busy pub and staff did not seem to care or even come to us to address it. After asking 2 more times one says that the new girl "forgot". Nice, throw her under the bus. Perhaps the guy at the front counter that gave her the order should be checking on orders rather than his phone. Meantime, the seating area was filling with smoke and grease from the kitchen because of the lack of ventilation. Other customers that came in complained too. Finally after some time one of the staff comes out and opens the front door for some ventilation. The wings themselves, decent size, cooked as to what you would expect. Worth it?...
