An amazing and luxurious experience!

I took my mum for an early Mother's Day spa day at Beverly's this weekend. We had Vichy scrubs and massages, and we were in heaven! We arrived early to enjoy the steam room and some refreshing beverages before our scrub treatment. Currently, the April promotion includes a scalp treatment with the Vichy scrub and we loved it! We came out feeling clean (cleaner than ever), re-hydrated, relaxed and smelling wonderful. After our scrubs, we had massages. It felt like we were able to absorb all the hydration that came with the massage oils.

You can tell that they use high end products and the staff are well-trained, courteous and accommodating. They take the time to get to know the areas that need attention for you. I was recently in a car accident and could only have light pressure, so Melanie was very careful to make sure that she checked in regularly regarding pressure. My mum has been struggling with some sciatica and Doris made sure that she was comfortable and that she addressed her problem areas.

Melanie, Doris and Paul (the manager) took wonderful care of us! All of the staff are friendly and helfpul. We left feeling relaxed (stress-free even) and pampered! It was a lovely and wonderful afternoon at the spa and we will definitely be back...

My mother and I had a facial at Beverly's Spa on 4th. She was booked for a 75 minute facial but was only given a facial for 45 minutes. I was booked for a 75 minute facial but was only given a facial for 60 minutes. This is our favourite spa, so we were disheartened to learn that our service was rushed and they still wanted to charge us for the full time. When we asked the cash register why our facial was shortened, the sales representative told us we had booked a 60 minute facial, which was not true, and even if it was my mother's facial lasted only 45 minutes. We were devastated as the facials and products we bought totalled almost $600, and we still gave a generous tip because we believe in customer service. The manager was upset by our request and told us the most he could give us was a $10 discount, which is only a 1.5% discount on a $600 service. We love this spa, and have been faithful customers here for years. This review is not to bash the spa, we are simply asking for your team to express loyalty towards your customers and offer my mother and I a better reward to repay us for our mistreatment. I recently visited for my first spa experience and received the Dermalogica Skin Smart Facial, along with a manicure and pedicure. From start to finish, my time there was nothing short of wonderful.

Everyone at the spa was extremely kind and took the time to explain each step of the process. Their respectful and professional demeanor made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout my visit.

The facial was particularly rejuvenating, and the manicure and pedicure were done with great attention to detail. I was also recommended a personalized skincare routine, and I picked up some fantastic products to maintain my skin at home. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and satisfactorily.
