Oh my gosh, where to begin! This salon is in a beautiful location, and such a bright welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff are lovely.

Danika!!! My A1 stylist. Best hair colouring/cut experience I’ve had yet. I have virgin hair and haven’t dyed it in 7 years. I’ve always felt that going blonde was a risk. Danika works so hard to understand my detailed needs and desires for my hair. I can’t emphasize this enough. She really cares.

You can trust this girl. If something is going to be expensive maintenance wise, she will give you her professional opinion while giving cost saving options. Not all stylists care enough to do that. Especially in regards to your wallet.

Ok I know the drawing doesn’t do it justice, but Dawn gave me the blowout of my LIFE for this wedding and clearly it left an impression on my kid 😂. Amazing blowouts aside, Dawn is the best hairdresser I’ve come across in Vancouver- she totally transformed my curly hair. I get compliments on it all the time and I hardly have to do anything to style it thanks to her expert cutting/layering skills. Not only is Dawn an amazing hairdresser, she’s a gem of a human. I always leave feeling uplifted and bright, Dawn’s beautiful energy is totally contagious. I love the new studio too! The space is super cute and welcoming (hello great lighting). Beautifully, thoughtfully designed and intuitively functional. Details like properly sloped and cushioned stools for the stylists, glowing LED lights behind the large mirrors, neck rest pillows in the sink to support clients’ heads during hair washing, it’s impressive.

Also, today, they received a shipment of BALMAIN hair products and their quality was definitely noticeable when getting worked into my hair.

I have a very particular hair type (wavy, lots of volume, fine strand thickness, mixed textures), am trying to grow it out, and followed Kimiko here, as one of their clients.
