We emailed Anita with little notice for a small grad dinner celebration and we received a response within minutes. From the get go the communication was excellent. She was able to accommodate our request with the only stipulation being we had to pick up because they already had a number of events booked. Not a problem as she'd already saved the day by saying yes :) When we arrived to pick up, everything was ready to go. The smells wafting from the different dishes as we brought the food in had everyone looking around to see where it was coming from, and dinner did not disappoint. We had the bifanas and basa fillets which were both amazing! The pork was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The fish was very lightly breaded, with a delicate flaky texture and the sauce was the perfect amount of vinegary and savory. Definitely my favorite! We had the usual sides, roast potatoes, salad, rice, etc. and they all tasted fresh and homemade. No frozen or canned or re-heated flavours at all!. Oh and the buns!! They were not from the usual bakery, I think they were made on site, I forgot to ask. But right up there with the best we've had. The portions were a good size and we were able to share take home plates. I would not hesitate to recommend Cinco Estrelas Catering to our family and friends, and will use them again for our next event! I only wish I'd taken pictures before everyone dug in. HIGHLY recommend Anita and Cinco Estrelas Catering! Was planning an intimate family dinner and Anita provided amazing and delicious food. Not only is pricing very reasonable but the quality and care she puts into her food is top notch. The Roast Beef was cooked perfectly and was melt in your mouth tender. If your a mashed potatoes person you have to try them drools. Anita is not only extremely professional in her delivery and presentation of food but provides exceptional and friendly service.

Thank you thank you thank you for all you did to make Lesley and Daniel’s wedding such a complete success. Everyone was such in awe of how wonderful the food was and guaranteed nobody left hungry. We even had enough for a gathering of the new families yesterday. ( minus 3 that were just a little let’s say tired 😉)
