After working in several kitchens over the last year, I can safely say this is the best one we’ve encountered so far! We didn’t have to wait long to get in, Mel is an excellent communicator and is super flexible, the online booking system is easy to use, the facilities are sparkling clean/brand new, it’s decked out with a variety of top notch equipment, the list goes on. We absolutely love making our cocktail mixers here and would recommend anyone looking for a simplified process to book here now!
