Awesome rainy day experience at this day spa. Made to feel comfortable and got great service. Was so happy that I came back the next day.
Nicely decorated and private. Some spas and especially nail salons are wide open so everyone walking by on the street sees everything. Not the case here. You get both quiet time and privacy.
I started just getting a 100 min scrub and massage. The therapist made me feel comfortable and let me know what she was doing along the way. She checked in on pressure multiple times which I really appreciated. By the end I was so relaxed and not to mention super smooth.
After melting into the table I asked about pedicures. It just so happened they had availability and I got both a pedi and a mani. One therapist work d on the feet and then a second worked on the hands. Both hands and feet looked really good.
Next morning I came in for a hair cut. Taylor said she is good with hair and she did not disappoint. I don’t normally give free reign to the stylist but am glad I did. She gave me a good trim and new style that looked great. Best part is that it was also GF approved!
Last but not least, I asked about a facial. Taylor kept working on me and cleansed And treated my skin. Face looked great and I had a beaming glow. My hair was messed up so she gave me a second shampoo so that I left looking and feeling good.
One of my best spa experiences ever!! ...
Read moreAfter a year of humming "I Still Haven't' Found what I'm Looking For" , my humming came to a complete and utter standstill the minute I walked through the doors of Harmonie Day Spa.
Greeted by Jean - Owner, Director, and amazing woman - she indulged my senses with a tour (I was originally there on business), and I immediately booked myself in for a 1 hour relaxation massage.
Upon my arrival, I was treated to a high quality green tea, all while waiting for Ellen, my therapist that day, to come fetch me for an hour of bliss. Already, my heart rate had slowed, and I was already facing serenity. I could have left right there and then feeling like a zillion dollars.
My one hour massage ended too quickly. Ellen is a magician, and the best masseuse I have ever met. EVER! The extra "small" things that happen during the massage are not quickly forgotten, and add some serious value to an already perfect service.
No more back rooms of salons with the sound of women cackling and hairdryers, no more heritage homes with therapists that complain and talk to you the entire time, all while you hear the phones ring and people walking on the hardwood....At Harmonie Day Spa, you are treated like royalty, it's heavenly and worth every penny.

Read moreA calm little oasis on Robson street. I came for a last-minute massage and facial. The waiting room chairs were comfortable, and it was relaxing to be in.
The room I was in was dimly lit and had soft music playing in the background. They don't offer any choice of massage oils. I was told to lie under a large towel, which felt significantly less luxe than a sheet, especially because the towel was a little scratchy. The towel was a great representation of the rest of my experience - not bad overall, but it lacked a touch of luxury that I was craving and there was something not-quite-right that I couldn't put my finger on. The masseuse was very nice and polite, as was the lady who did my facial. The facial also included an arm, shoulder, and chest/torso massage.
Overall, it was a good experience, but it didn't stand out. For those looking for a more luxurious experience, you might be left wanting. The prices were reasonable for what the...
