Strathcona Community Centre — Local services in Vancouver

The gym here is all right, not the best nor the worst in terms of its patrons. The staff are all right and most of the equipment is there although very old. The bad part about this gym is that it’s small and the shower and washroom is often occupied by homeless or a strange people.

Absolutely nothing special about this place. It is what it is, And you can get nicer gyms for about the same price as this community centers or you can go to another community center in downtown and have better vibe, a swimming pool, and more comfortable...

It's a community center located in the Strathcona community. They have a gym, work out mini gym, game room, a few activity rooms, a kitchen, and showers. Is what you would expect from a community center. The community center doesn't have the newest of equipment but then again, you don't need it if you're interested in meeting up with friends, community members, or just working out. They also have a huge play ground with slides, swings, and a huge girls for baseball, soccer, kickball, or anything else!...

Limited street parking, make sure to read the permit signs if you don't live nearby.

Great place to bring your family, friendly staff, adequate community classes, a game and fitness room, and gender neutral facilities. Nearby park and field to bring your pets.
