Even a 0 is too much for this location. Worse pizza place ever. Not sure if the South Asian man who wears glasses is the owner or an employee but he does not know how to speak to a customer. After placing my order for a pick up I was planning to sit and wait for my pizza but I was told to leave the store since HE did not feel safe. YET there is a sign that clearly has a limit of 3 people. Being fully vaccinated and keeping great distance while the shop was completely empty (no one came), he forced me to leave. I have never had such a bad experience at any pizza place but it’s obvious that Pizzaville needs to hire individuals who are polite and welcoming. Not people like him who speak to customers rudely. Also, they have tables and seats here for people to sit. Might as well pick everything up and remove signs that they are not following. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! Unless you want to be treated...

This specific location has no idea how to cook their food.

The garlic knots are my favorite item on the menu. Embarrassingly enough, I have ordered this item 50+ times over the past few years from many other locations around Ontario. They are always tasty and golden brown. Usually the highlight of the meal.

I have tried ordering the garlic knots from this location 3 times in the past last year. Each time they arrived burnt, smelling bad, tough to bite into, and taste terrible. I ended up throwing them out each time. The knots in the attached photos went into the garbage. I am the definition of disappointed loyal customer.

Their other menu items have their own issues as well but I am sure you can imagine.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at pizzavillewas truly disappointing. I was looking forward to enjoying a nice meal, but the person in charge ruined the whole experience with their rude attitude. Not only were they unhelpful, but they actually talked back to me when I tried to address a simple issue with my order. I felt like they had no respect for customers at all. Instead of listening and resolving the problem, they made the situation worse with their dismissive and hostile behavior.

It’s such a shame because the food might be decent, but with service like that, I won’t be going back. If you’re looking for a place that treats customers with respect, I’d recommend...
