I had the displeasure of ordering a custom necklace from your company. Your staff ensured the necklace would be delivered before Christmas, a blatant lie. The associate Cindy at your Vaughn Mills location "phoned to check with the manager" before making this promise. There appears to be an evident disconnection with head office (if there is one, since they refuse to give you a phone number) and their kiosks. Every time I've phoned to follow up I was told the associate would check with the "manager" who appears to never be on site but my order would probably be delivered soon. Once I finally got in touch with the "manager" Danielle, she was unpleasant, rude, unwilling to help, and over all a pain to encounter. She made me feel I was wrong for following up this company's negligence. She said I should be patient because I would get it either today or tomorrow by UPS. I called UPS only to find out that they don't deliver on Sundays. When I called her again, she said my order was about to be finished and would be delivered soon, though she didn't know how. I told her I would like to pick it up so I didn't take the chance of not getting it before Christmas. She said she would get back to me. After roughly two hours without hearing from her. I called again only to find out she lied to me and the order wasn't even close to be finished. She finally admitted that it won't be ready fro Christmas. After this experience I took to viewing the unanswered reviews online. I am not in the slightest surprised at this. There does not seem to be any change or correction in the behavior of the staff, Danielle the "manager"has several negative reviews. There evidently is no customer service across the company. I feel disrespected and am disappointed I wasted a penny at this store. Thanks to them, my wife will not have a present to open on Christmas Day, the necklace serves no purpose as I will now have to find an alternate present two days before Christmas. Read moreI went on the 26th of October to buy a gift for my friend birthday which was on the 22nd of November, the employee there told me it takes from 2-3 weeks to be delivered, therefore I had enough time to place an order for a custom made 10k gold Necklace. 3 weeks later I start calling them to make sure I will get it on time but they told me that the machine was broken and they are waiting for a new one but I can pick the necklace on the 20th of November. they offer me to get any gift for free as a recompense for the delay. Then on Friday the 20th I called them to be sure it arrived but they told me we shipped it to my house as I already paid for delivery, and it should be delivered on Monday the 23rd of November. Today is the 24th and I still didn't receive it. I called them they said I should get it in a few days. My advice is DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE ANY CUSTOM MADE GIFTS. unless you want it for one of the next year occasions. Read moreI am disappointed in my experience at Lily Jewels with the lack of customer service. I purchased an anklet from this Kiosk at Vaughan Mills. I wore the anklet for 3 hours and it fell off my ankle which the chain had broken and the pendant fell off. I called the store the next morning, and I was told I could get it exchanged. I am never a complainer but I asked for my money back because the other anklets did not seem to catch my interest and I was not happy with my experience. I was told of the store policy (no refunds/no exchanges) which is understandable, but atleast the quality should be good. The lady at the counter was unproffesional. I had asked why the anklet had broken so quick? She responded with saying "well, you purchased it for 50% off". That was upsetting as she indicated that since we paid half price, that is what we should have expected. That was upsetting to hear because had I paid $60 would she have said that?
