I have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience at this location except on Monday, Dec 9 between 4:45-5:15pm. There may of been 3-4 girls hardly working in the store and they were NOT AT ALL helpful, attentive, or doing their job. They just had no insight. Especially this one classless girl that could not even say excuse me but just brushed my daughter out of the way. Is there something wrong with her? Clearly THERE IS!

It’s very simple: customer walks in, eye contact, acknowledge, smile, ask for assistance, talk about your promotions! look around to make sure everyone is happy or needs help. No, just staff talking amongst themselves, gossiping, not asking if anyone needed assistance. I just stood there looking for someone to cash me out while the 3-4 staff looked like they were on break.

Please hire ME so I can also be rude and unprofessional to customers, bump into people and not have manners, do nothing, ignore everyone that walks into the store and gossip. And when a customer asks a question I can’t wait to look extremely annoyed!

During the holiday hours I suggest not hiring people like this. From a business perspective it is honestly disgusting how the hiring team would trust these girls to run this shop knowing their unprofessional behaviour, and customers you can lose. Hire girls with basic manners.

Lindt & Sprungli is running 35% off on the entire store which makes your visit to Vaughn Mills Outlet Mall all the better! If you are spoiled about the choices then you will be lost in La La Lindt Land thanks to their brands- Lindor, Excellence, Swiss Luxury Selection, Swiss Classic, Creation on display. I couldn't find Gold Bunny anywhere (perhaps it insleeping near a Vaughn Mills tree maybe :p).

I purchased Chili ($0.59 off), Les Grandes Almonds ($2.10 off), Excellence Dark Noir 70% Cacao ($0.59 off), Les Grandes Hazelnuts ($2.10 off), Creation Lava Cake ($1.80 off), Excellence 90% Cacao ($1.80 off) and Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Hot Milk Powder ($2.34 off). The billing attendant on seeing Excellence 90% Cacao suggested that I should try before I really purchase it- it was a kind gesture as it tasted really really bitter. Like bitter than your bitter ex.

It is a must visit if you are a chocolate fan as the chocolate gods will certainly be in your favour!

Went here on sunday at 1:25 pm grabbed some goodies and i saw the guy at the cashier gave some samples to a customer beside me then the lady who was doing cash with black hair and black, i asked her if she's gonna give samples a si bought some stuff anyways and they were giving customers who were buying, she gave me 1 and i was like only 1? Because the guys gave another customer like a handful of good amount of samples and when i asked her only one? She was like yeah. I purxhased spmething so im not all about getting free stuff but the fact that other people get and others dont just doesnt feel good that others are getting and some arent... i hope staff knows what their doing and treat all customers fairly especially those who are really purchasing.
