This is about the manager today I go for shopping she make me wait for four minutes she was counting money I request that somebody help me after four minutes she said go to other cashier and I said I waiting here that was her answer you could stay as much as you can I am so sorry for urban planet that has such a rude manager If I had a chance or choice I will give zero*to this store I am in this country for a long time but all in life I never saw any attitude like that special managers they are doing differently they has to be a role model for other employees this is serious problem for a big company like your company After seven years my mom and dad they came to this country to visit us they saw this attitude they said you should throw all the shops to her face and just leave the store you shouldn’t buy the stuff from them I think it’s better to headquarter of urban plan kids monitor this store Never...

I experienced the worst customer service today!I was scanning around the store then I found the perfect cargo pants and jammies for my nephews and nieces. The problem is the cargo pants was way too high for me to reach it and nobody was there to help.I noticed a hook on the side so I decided to help myself using it,a staff came over and told me I was not allowed to use it then she just walked away,I understand she was busy doing cashiering but it would not take too long for her to just call a colleague to atleast help me when I asked for a smaller size,she just smirked and told me to wait!I put down the pants and on my way out I saw other staff were there folding clothes instead of attending to customers that might needed help.These kids needs training on how to deal with different situations that can happen in the store and what proper way to...

Love their sales, great clothes for kids that are kind of in-between the kids stores and the teen stores. Jogging pants are comfy and look nice, the ball caps are always slick. I always buy all my kids pants and t-shirts for the year here, and when he was smaller he liked the thin onesie pj's. Glad they survived covid!!!
