We had another excellent visit with Senior Audiologist Ms S. Jaffer. She is highly competent because she knows her stuff well like the back of her hand. She is also compassionate, kind and patient as she truly takes the time necessary to fully explain things and offers choices and recommendations for individualized treatment plans for hearing-related issues. She took a lot more time than any other healthcare professional to sit down with my grandfather and make sure he was firstly informed of his hearing loss situation and then she offered sensible treatment options that matched his preferences and budget. After shopping around, we decided that we will be going forward with hearing aids from this clinic because of the level of care and attention we received. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for anybody who is looking for hearing aids for a loved one, you will not regret it! I have been going to Vaughan balance clinic. Was referred by Dr Morongue who is such a great doctor and has helped me so much . She sent me to this specific clinic and have been seen by Sukaina the audiologist , of many years now and has been treating me for my vertigo. She is very patient and thorough! I would just call the office in the past when Katia was there and she would kindly get me in to see her and get the manoeuvres done. , Mandeep who is now the newest receptionist , has been very kind to always accommodate me when I need treatment done for the vertigo and my hearing. I too have been taking my mom who suffers with vertigo and my mom feels so comfortable and has benefited with Sukaina treatment with the manoeuvres ! I had a fantastic experience at the Vaughan Hearing and Balance Centre. Even though it was pretty far from home, the trip was worth it. I had been experiencing hearing loss and pain for a few months before an ENT specialist referred me to this clinic. The Vaughan Hearing & Balance Centre staff are amiable, caring and patient.
