Was waiting for the store to open, while waiting noticed a woman viewing stores hours. She walked away, I opened my door and helped to inform her store opens at 9am, she claimed notice said 10am. Thought, to myself odd because the staff advised me 9am. The store opens, we walk in I see the same staff member and explain people are walking away because notice reads opens at 10 am. He points at the calendar and responds with " really really that says 10?!?!...with attitude. Well! That just triggered me and I asked to speak with the manager, asked who the person was wearing the blue coat, told he was the "assistant manager". I was shocked that this was a manager!!! UNFORTUNATELY, my frustration was taken out on the staff. They received it well, which I appreciated but the "assistant manager" walked away as I was expressing my frustration about his behaviour. Amazing store. However, the cashier on register 5 was extremely rude. Me and my boyfriend went in today evening around 8:10pm. No smile on her face.. I thought it’s okay she must be having a long day.. however, she asked my boyfriend the mode of payment, credit or debit. He replied debit, it didn’t go thought because it was credit. He said sorry it’s credit.. she made that weird face and replied rudely so it’s credit, raising her eyebrows. We didn’t say a word, we were leaving and I asked my boyfriend why she was rude. I looked back and she was talking bad about us to her colleague.

Extremely disappointed with this LCBO. I went in around 2:30pm. Was browsing around. While I was browsing, there was a staff member stocking up some of the bottles. After I picked my product, I was about to walk over to the cash, and the staff member was walking with his cart and almost ran it into me. I said sorry and he said go ahead ma'am in an irritated and annoyed tone. And then when I kept walking, he said " Jesus Christ" pretty loud to express his frustration further. As a staff member of this store, it is super disrespectful to treat customers in that way. The person cashing me out was very nice, but I cannot rate him on that due to feeling extremely humiliated and disrespected by the other...
