Kitchen Hub Food Hall Maple — Restaurant in Vaughan

ETA Leon from Kitchen Hub reached out to me to apologize for my experience and asked if I’d be willing to give them another try.

I went this evening and this experience was completely different from my last one. The food, albeit from some different vendors, was on point. I ordered a sesame salad from Mandy’s Salads and it was so fresh and delicious. My boys who are picky eaters, devoured the wings and fries from Wing Stop and my husband and I really enjoyed the tacos from Ghost Taco.

Original score of 2/5 was based on experience described below. Finally had an opportunity to try Kitchen Hub and I was disappointed. I had the Butter Chicken from Ambiyan and the chicken was very dry. Ordered pizza from Three Brothers Pizza which turned out to be Longo’s pizza. They should be more transparent so customers are prepared for what they’re getting. Had I known it was Longo’s pizza I would not have ordered it.

Finally, I ordered Sushi from Bento Kitchen and while it claims to be made fresh daily, it was not. It was dry and definitely not fresh.

The only order we actually enjoyed was the wings and fries we ordered...

I had a wonderful experience at Kitchen Hub Food Hall! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The on-site ordering was seamless, and my food arrived incredibly quickly.

I tried a dish from Pai, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were just as amazing as the meals I’ve enjoyed at their brick-and-mortar location. I learned that the employees cooking the Pai food are actually Pai staff, which adds to the authenticity of the experience.

I visited the Kitchen Hub Maple location yesterday (Friday) and had a really good experience. I ordered from Wingstop, and although the wait time was a bit longer than expected, the exceptional customer service more than made up for it. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially one young woman who went out of her way to check in on us and reassure us that our order was on its way. Her welcoming attitude created a great atmosphere, and I really appreciated how well they handled everything. The environment was inviting, and overall, I had a fantastic experience.
