Bernstein & Gold — Local services in Victoria

This is my favourite store in Victoria for clothing and fashion accessories. The staff are always super friendly and helpful plus they educate themselves on the brands and the products they carry. They are selective and pick pieces that are of the best quality, which is honestly hard to come by in a Victoria. They carry brands that you can’t find elsewhere In the city which is refreshing and a nice change from the other boutiques which carry the exact same products as the store next door and the store next door to that...They still honor shopping local, but they branch out as well. I can't say enough great things about Bernstein and Gold. The owner and staff are amazing. They know their products really well, where they are made and how. They choose products that are made ecologically if they are from abroad and choose local whenever possible. They are expert at choosing the right garment and fit for any occasion or just for casual wear. Claudia and Zoe are the kind of personal service you want in a store. Jamie is an amazing esthetician. I had the best facial I have ever had from her and I have had facials world wide over many years. Incredible...

Had some experiences with them some are great some are not. You can’t get a refund even you bring the item back the next day with the perfect condition. They only issue store credits. Inventory online is not always accurate. I bought something online and then told it’s out of stock and then issued with a store credit. Not so great customer experience with store manager but also met some great staff who is willing to help younger generations who has just as equal purchasing power as mature customers but often neglected by...
