I had three pairs of new track pants hemmed. The price was reasonable at approx $50 for all of them and it took about a week. When I came to pick them up I thought they might be a little short. So I mentioned this to the lady that was working there. She immediately got very annoyed at me for saying this. I asked her if I could go home and try them on with the usual shoes that I wear things like that with and asked if she would lengthen them if they were in fact too short. She didn't like this idea and became argumentative and obviously annoyed with me. The quality of the work was just fine. I was incredibly disappointed with her demeanour and lack of customer service. I Brought an extensive coat in to have two seams repaired. When I picked it up, I didn’t think to check as I assume they were both done. However, they missed one even though I paid for all of the work I brought it back and they Charge me more money to repair the one they missed. Again again when I picked it up, I didn’t think to check however, when I looked at the Repair, it looked like a four-year-old child attempted the repair. So bad of a job they ruined a part of my coat! She offered and assume I would give the coat back for a fourth time to repair however, I would never bring anything over there to that place again. Had a terrible first experience. I used the to have my grad dress tailored. Went in, gave them the dress, had my measuring done, and they said they will have it ready in 3 weeks (they did give me an actual date). This date came around and I came in, they hadn’t even started, said that it will be done tomorrow, did not say sorry at all. I went home and an hour later got a call saying they lost my measurements, had to go back all the way and get those done again, no sorries about that either.
