I first met Dennis through one of his team members, David Johnson, in 2009. David had assisted me with the purchase of my first house. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and had a lot of questions. David had a lot of experience, was honest, patient, and I always felt he had my best interest at heart. Because of my experience with him, when it came time to sell that home, I reached out to David again. I was disappointed to find out that he was in the process of beginning semi-retirement and he felt, he would not be able to solely commit the time a seller deserved. As a result, I ended up using Dennis in my next house purchase as well. A few years later, I was temporarily relocating to Northern Ontario and even though I was not “selling” my house, Dennis helped me rent it out with just as much effort as he did with the previous buys and sells. Furthermore, when I decided to purchase instead of rent in my new location, Dennis was quick to help by doing some research to get me connected with a reputable agent, in my new location, 5 hours away. I honestly can not say enough about him. Even though I now have some friends and contacts in the real estate industry, as awkward as it has been at times, I would never think of using anyone else.
