I’ll start by saying that the store is STUNNING. It’s very bright and clean and aesthetically pleasing. The way the jewelry is all laid out is very accessible. I took a star off because the experience we had wasn’t what we were expecting based on their social media and website- we wanted to custom design engraving of my son’s writing/drawing for necklaces for Mother’s Day. When I walked in, they seemed very busy (naturally) and we weren’t greeted. I had to look around to try to find someone who looked like they potentially worked there to ask about the engraving process and where to start. I was told the engraving wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day, which on their socials and website, it appears as though the process is seamless- you go in, use the iPad to draw out what you want and it engraves it right next to you in real time. So I wasn’t expecting the wait- we came from almost an hour out of town specifically to visit the store so we decided to take a chance and hope that it would be done in a couple hours or else we might have to go home empty handed and come back the next day. The staff seemed to empathize when I told them that and I just crossed my fingers. Instead of using the iPad for the drawing, we were given a few slips of paper and a pencil to draw. Then, we brought the drawings up and were guided through picking the shape of the pendants and chains. We weren’t given a wait time estimate, but were told they would call when it was ready. We went back in at the two hour mark to check how much longer as the kids were getting restless and the mall was suuuuper busy- I was told I was next up and it would be another half an hour… no problem. The process of doing it, based on the videos they have on their social media, was much different from the experience my son had in the store. He was pretty bummed because he loved the idea of drawing it on the iPad and watching it being etched. We ended up waiting around 2 hours to pick them up and the staff were very vocally appreciative of us waiting and got my son’s approval of the necklaces before packaging them up. All in all, the necklaces are lovely and I love how sentimental they will be. I think the whole concept is amazing, I just wish we would have had the experience we saw online and that I had hyped up my son for and that they were more clear about wait times etc. I would still recommend the store to others, I think we just caught them on a busy day or maybe the whole design and engrave process wasn’t up and running that...

Walked into the store and was looking at many items, obviously trying different chains while the 2 girls stood at the counter. I was looking for a rose gold chain I walked up and asked if they had a chain also in rose gold and all I got was a “no”. So after having to ask questions I was told there was one chain. Fine. I went to the counter to buy my items and heard a lady come in to say she was missing an item in her pouch and the one girl picked up a piece of paper like I guess she was looking for it but offered to solution . The lady said she bought it all to be a set so had to repurchase the item . The processed my purchase fast just wanted my money it seemed . I was almost given the wrong chain so glad I questioned it . So I got home and finally went to try my earrings on and there was no backs for my earrings !! What earrings come with no backs !! Maybe to them my purchase of over $120 wasn’t enough but if I were the owners I would make sure I had more helpful staff it goes a very long way !! I bought 2 identical scarves ($30 each or 2 for $45) earlier this year. It took awhile before I wore mine (I gifted the other one) and it shed like crazy and therefore is unwearable. I only wore it once. I have never had a scarf do this - it was literally all over my clothes, not a little bit of lint. I eventually contacted them after confirming that the one that I gifted to my sister also shed. She didn't wear it again either, since it ruined her outfit for the day. Harmony replied to me via email and said they could not honour a store credit for the scarves since it had been past 3 months. I used to really like this store but this doesn't sit right with me. They present their store as good karma vibes.
