Rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I walked into this salon located just 5 minutes from my home, asking for a simple hair blowout. I was told it would cost $35, and I agreed without hesitation. A few minutes later, the stylist suddenly changed the price to $45 plus tax, claiming she hadn’t noticed how “voluminous” my hair was. Still, I decided to stay and agreed to pay the new total of $51, hoping for good service.

However, not long after, she came back with a dismissive and rude attitude, telling me they suddenly didn’t have time for me anymore because my hair would take too long, and that I apparently wanted it “good.” The appointment was abruptly canceled on the spot, wasting my time and leaving me completely disappointed.This place clearly lacks professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service skills. I went to this place for the first time a few days ago (July 9th). It is a great place, friendly receptionist and nice staff. My hair stylist was Nathalie and I must say she is amazing. Before I made my appointment, I read the comments here and saw Nathalie's name mentioned in a very positive way many times. I have to say that it is all very true. Nathalie listens to you and is a great expert with coloring and cuts. She gave me the exact haircut and the exact color I want. alrighty so maybe this is my fault but here goes. I made an appointment with Yasser and he's really amazing don't get me wrong. the only thing I'm really disappointed in was I had NO idea I wasn't gonna get highlights- what I had originally asked for when I made my appointment. I had NO idea he was gonna dye my full hair. so yea, I'm disappointed but- miscommunication happens, maybe I'm the one at fault here.
