I highly caution anyone from going here. I had by far the worst hair experience of my life. I had bought a Groupon voucher for a cut and colour at this place. The owner was 45 minutes late for the appointment. If I hadnât bought a Groupon voucher, I donât think I would have waited for that long. Then, I asked for a plum colour - without bleach because my hair is sensitive to it. Since she was so late, I explained I had to go to work in an hour and a half. I questioned if weâd have enough time. She insisted we do the appointment. She panicked because she said the colour wasnât taking and added bleach. Iâm still so sad about that, and am lucky my hair didnât fall out. The colour turned out a bright coppery red. Not plum at all. She also did these tiger stripe steaks at the front. It looks awful and is costing 200.00 to correct. She said we wouldnât have enough time for the cut. Fair enough. Then, at the end, she tried to pressure me into a 5 minute cut. I wasnât paying her for a 5 minute cut. She charges expensive salon prices and appears to have amateur skills based on my awful experience. I ran out of there with wet hair because of her tardiness and poor time management. I then tried to get my money back and she refused.    Read moreI had a wonderful experience at this location! I visited using a Groupon coupon, and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The lady who assisted me was very personable and engaging, which made the visit enjoyable.
However, I felt that the facial treatment was a bit shorter than expected. The session mainly consisted of one round of microdermabrasion, with the majority of the time spent on the face mask. I was hoping for more focus on the facial treatment itself.

   Read moreIâm very disappointed with my experience. While I acknowledge that my Groupon had expired two days prior (my oversight), I booked an appointment over the phone that was accepted without issue and even received a text confirmation the day of.
After traveling over 40 minutes to the salon, I was told in person that they would not honor it. A simple phone call during the day to let me know would have saved me the trip and the frustration. Clear communication would have been greatly appreciated.
