On Sunday, September 22, we had a very disappointing experience. The lines malfunctioned constantly, forcing us to stop playing every 15 minutes. After waiting an hour for a solution, the manager only offered to refund one hour of the four we paid for two lines and made us play with 12 people on a single line, despite their own policy of a maximum of 6. When we tried to speak with the manager, he was rude and dismissive; he didn’t listen to us and simply stated that he had the final say. However, one of the staff members was genuinely willing to help, and several people at the bar noticed our situation and apologized. It is crucial that the manager receives training in customer service to improve the experience for future guests.

We had a terrible experience at this bowling alley. Two of the lanes broke down, and we ended up waiting for over an hour without being able to play. When we spoke to the manager, he kept repeating, 'DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU’RE TALKING TO? I’M THE MANAGER,' in a rude and unprofessional manner. He clearly has no idea what customer service is about and shouldn't be in charge. In the end, 12 of us had to share a single lane. Absolutely unacceptable! 22/09/2024 19:00

A fun and relaxed option for groups. It is a large space but not crowded with many activities such as bowling, pool, and games, and sports bar/resto. They also have happy hour weekday specials. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got a bowling lane that had lights not working and occasionally needed staff to reset when it got stuck. Basically, we played on hard mode. All the same, the prices were quite fair. The television can be overly loud, though.

Went to Montreal for the game Saturday night so I figured I would go to the Old Forum to see what it is like. My daughter and I decided to wait for the Forum Sports Bar to open to get something eat. Which it doesn't open until 3:00 pm. My daughter ordered a plan cheeseburger medium rare with fries. I ordered Chipolte Wings. After sitting there waiting for about 20 minutes we final got our food. Mind you there was only about 10 people in the whole place and they were either bowling or playing pool. My daughter took one bit of her cheeseburger and pretty much spit it out. The meat was blended with something and over cooked. My wings were over cooked due to the chicken being extremely dry. The waitress who seemed very nice never came to check on us for about another 20 minutes because she was still setting up for the day and night. Most places would have everything in place so they can take care of there customers.Mind you they open at 3:00 pm. Either way the food was terrible and the service was Blah. The place needs some updates and some cooks with food training. Don't recommend eating there maybe drinks and bowling. Also a good construction company to repair the boards in the floor that move every time...

Its OK. Ive been there 3 times now. The food was mediocre, service was mediocre. 4 staff were standing around talking and taking shots while I just stood there waiting to order. Fries looked like they were cooked in oil that was waaaaay too old. I dont think they are totally honest when billing time for tables either. Worst part about it: Every surface in there is absolutely filthy. The ping pong tables, air hockey tables and the tables where you sit to eat have a scummy film. All the paddles have scum. The chandeliers are covered in dust. We will go back to play the games but I wont eat here again and hand sanitizer is a must!

When we asked for more water they argued that we had already received water (duh, we finished it) and the staff complained about tips saying he would rather be at home smoking a joint and watching netflix than at work making terrible tips.. Made us uncomfortable! Last time I was here I got a dirty look when I didnt tip on my $3 fountain pop. I was the DD and everyone I was with was tipping. $3 for a tiny glass of fountain pop was enough and took the guy 2 seconds to hand to me. I am not a terrible tipper either

This place is huge and has potential to be...

On Sunday 22nd September we had a reservation for 12 people, we booked 2 lines for 2 hours, both lines never worked properly and we lost about 30 minutes of play. Afterwards we went to talk to an employee of the venue to help us resolve the issue or get a refund because the lines were no longer working in their entirety, it turns out that the """manager""" told us that he can't refund us because both lines were working (according to him), so he made us play 12 people on a single line for another hour, clearly we couldn't finish any games and the """"manager"""" was an unpleasant, despotic and disrespectful person. When we were talking he told us 'you don't know who you're talking to... I'm the manager and I know how to run the place'... to start with he doesn't interest me being the manager but he doesn't do a good job (it should be noted that the girl we talked to at first, she wanted to help us because she knew we were right), the experience was very bad and obviously the customer service...
