It has been around one year since I lost basically ALL of my hair after going to this salon. Words cannot explain the amount of tears I have shed, and continue to shed. The burned part of my hair continues to fall off and is getting shorter, even this day.
I went to only color my roots, she suggested we go fully blonde, since Iâm starting to have a lot of grey already. I was afraid & asked if my hair could handle, specifically told her really donât like my hair short. She guaranteed it would be ok and was very convincing about fully bleaching my hair. Few minutes into the treatment, I felt this INTENSE BURNING SENSATION on the left back of my hairâŠlike it was so bad almost like my head had caught on fire. They even burned my scalp skin, something that was very painful long after.
Whatâs worse, is that they offered no apology. Just instead of the $350 that they quoted me, they asked for $300 at the end. They tried reaching out many times saying come back we fix your hair. But never once apologized. Not once. Because they were so pushy I went back for toning but will never ever go back. The amount of tears I have shed because of this âŠ.even now that Iâm writing this Iâm getting teary.
This is an unprofessional place. My review is 100% honest. I could have even taken legal action because the burned scalp was so obvious. Yet, I was super nice & respectful, just because weâre from the same country. I paid the amount even tipped. Up until now I didnât want to leave a bad review because I donât really like doing that. But Nasrin deserves negative 20 stars. Honestly itâs not fair to do this people. I just cannot stop crying when I look at my hair and I hope this review saves a potential poor soul from making the huge mistake of losing ALL of their hair.
P.s. Please note that the picture is taken much longer after she gave me a "chemical cut" (meaning that she burned my hair so bad it eventually started falling off). It was much shorter before and to this day...
Read moreIf I could provide zero stars, I most certainly would. My recent experience was nothing short of a disaster. I went to Nasrin for a full - hair balayage, clearly explaining what I wanted, and she quoted me $200 for the service. She assured me she could deliver exactly what I was looking for, especially since it was my first time getting a balayage or doing anything to my hair.
However, upon completion, my hair looked nothing like the picture I had shown her, and the color was far from what I had asked for. She claimed the true color would show up when I was out in the sun, but that never happened. To my disappointment, she only added streaks to my hair instead of doing the entire head, and yet she charged me the full price.
To make matters worse, less than a week later, the bleach started fading, and my hair looked dreadful. I reached out to Nasrin, expressing my frustration and disappointment. I asked her to fix it as I wanted the full hair done and the color I originally requested. I was so upset that I couldn't stop crying. She reluctantly offered me an appointment on Saturday at 2 PM, but when the day arrived, she kept telling me she was too busy and needed to postpone.
Her lack of professionalism was evident, and it seemed she had no intention of fixing her mistake. Despite this, I decided to visit her anyway, hoping she would see how crucial it was to correct her error. When she attempted to fix it, it still didn't resemble what I had asked for. It was clear she had no intention of giving me the full head balayage I had paid for. Nasrin eventually did end up refunding my money back. However, she deceived me and ruined my hair just before my vacation.
I strongly advise avoiding Nasrin's services and saving your hard-earned money. This salon does not live up to...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but my experience with Nasrin at Nasrin beauty salon was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I went in with high hopes for a simple trim and style, but what I ended up with was a total disaster.
Firstly, Nasrin seemed completely uninterested in listening to what I wanted. Despite showing a clear reference photo and explaining my desired outcome, they completely ignored my requests. The result? My hair was chopped unevenly, with layers that didnât blend at all. Itâs not even close to what I asked forâit looks like they were in a rush and didnât care about the end result.
To make matters worse, the attitude was unprofessional. When I pointed out the mistakes, Nasrin brushed off my concerns and seemed annoyed by my feedback. Instead of trying to fix the issues, she just seemed more focused on finishing the job and moving on.
The salon itself wasnât very clean either, which added to the overall negative experience. Hair clippings were everywhere, and it felt like hygiene wasnât a priority.
In short, I would strongly advise against visiting Nasrin. My hair looks worse than ever, and Iâm left with a mess that will take weeks to fix. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where your satisfaction...
