The two first times I bought my regular drink, I had an overall good experience although the service was a bit slow,I found the staff to be overall pleasant. However, the last time I went, my experience was so disappointing. I ordered my regular drink which is juice-based mango smoothie with half tapioca, half litchi and I made it a point to emphasize smoothie more than once. When sharing my order with the person who was taking my order, I could tell he was having trouble as I had to repeat myself several times. After that, he showed me the order and asked me to check if it was good and it seemed good but it was the first time, I had really been asked to look over an order at L2 so I just made sure both tapioca and litchi were there on the order and since I heard him repeat my order, I believed he had gotten it right.I gave him a tip as an encouragement as it looked like he was struggling. Not too long after, I saw the employee prepare the drink, but he only put litchi in the cup. After kindly letting him know that it was both tapioca and litchi I ordered, his response to me was that it was too late and that I should have said something sooner in a rude way which I replied, "I did let you know, I paid for both.". And, then he apologized, and rectified his mistake. After waiting for 20 minutes more, I get my order and its straight mango juice, not a smoothie and I let the person who made my smoothie know that was not what I asked for and they were quick to blame me and said I should have said smoothie which I told them I actually did many times. The person who made the smoothie then told me if I wanted the drink to be remade, I would have to wait until the line was finished, which considering they take 10 minutes to make 1 smoothie was even more upsetting because there is always people in line. I ended up asking for a refund instead of waiting.Not a bad place but if its evident that the person who is taking your order is having trouble, I would recommend having another employee look over the order and to say it again cause their customer service in terms of rectifying their mistakes is not great.
Edit: Whoever responded to my message lacks basic comprehension skills. DO NOT ASK A CUSTOMER TO REVIEW AN ORDER YOUR EMPLOYEE SHOULD KNOW HOW PUT IN. A customer will not know how an order translates in your system. The employee should know, not the customer, especially if you guys have abbreviations for your drink system. I asked for a juice based smoothie, not a milk based so you sound ignorant to begin with. When he showed me the order I repeated again what I wanted and told him, if you put in what I asked for it should be correct. I should expect only what I asked for and for the employee to put it in properly. You guys are the one who should not expect a customer to do your job and get confused when they make a mistake and be unwilling to fix it promptly. Your customer service is poor and your response back was even worse.
Furthermore, I had already received an apologetic response back after this incident happened. Now, I see an updated response advising that there are only women working there. I arrived and the employee was nice to me she took my order everything was fine but i ordered a strawberry milk TEA but when i tried it was like milk with strawberry nesquik...I went back and i asked kindly to change it because they had gotten my order wrong.This time it was another employee and she did not take that well she got mad because she said i had to choose a type of tea.So i told her that the employee didn't ask me which tea i wanted. I didn't like how she talked to me,she asked me which tea i wanted and obviously i was disturbed so i took like 3 seconds to answer and she was pissed..Anyways she finally changed it but she did with an evil smile which was weird i don't even know what she put in it , When i tried it, it tasted like she only put water in it horrible.
