Although it may not look “fancy” from the outside, the service that Bahareh and her sisters provide and the quality of the products that they use, combined with the affordable prices, makes it the best place ever. The beds are very comfortable, they even offer you a cozy fuzzy blanket if you’re cold, and they are truly amazing at consulting with you to find the best style and length of lashes for your face. I always get my lashes done with Labelle. They are so kind, patient and they do everything to perfect their job every single time. I have gotten my lashes done with every single technician, most often with Bahareh, and she is amazing. She always talks to me and makes me feel so beautiful after every appointment. They also take their time to make sure that the lashes fit your eye shape, they give you recommendations of what to do/try that is in your best interest, and they make you feel so comfortable to discuss about anything. This feels like a scam compared to what I’m used to in other provinces. Upsold me to hybrid and gave me a classic fill. She didn’t ask when my last fill was. I had no idea what I was paying for. Then instead of them charging my credit card on file for a cancellation fee, the lash tech made me pay the cancellation fee in person with the pos machine, which added an extra ten dollars in tax. She just threw that at me instead of them charging my card through the booking app for cancelling when I did. And then taxed it.
