Recently, my partner and I became engaged and we had the most amazing experience with Graziella Fine Jewellery.

(Even if you aren't in Whitby or Oshawa, they are worth the drive for the customer experience and incredible jewellery. There is transparency at ever step, and no high-pressure tactics or attempts at up-selling at all. Both locations are lovely and their selections are incredible!)

Initially, we met with Riley at the Oshawa location, and he was so helpful! I was finding it a bit of a struggle to find a ring I liked. Graziella has so many beautiful rings, but I have small hands and wanted a low profile style, something understated and simple. I was feeling a bit frustrated and overwhelmed, but then Riley went through the options and process for having a custom engagement ring made, and was able to even improve upon the initial price quoted. While we haven't received it yet, I am so excited for my custom engagement ring and know it will be stunning!

A few days later, we met Abby at the Whitby location, during a special bridal event. My partner and I I were absolutely blown away by the time, care, and attention Abby provided us, and she truly made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Donna also helped us during our visit, and she was so lovely and excited about our engagement (we are older, and it's a 2nd wedding for both of us, and I was feeling a bit goofy about it all, LOL!). ☺️

We ended up selecting a wedding band for my husband-to-be that morning - which is also being made for him - and we could not be happier with both the ring itself (its high quality and style), and the price.

This special bridal event was absolutely incredible! There were gifts with purchase that were mind-bogglingly generous and beautiful (half carat diamond stud and white gold earrings with a certificate, as one example), along with some samples and brochures for other local vendors who are part of the wedding industry.

While we aren't wealthy people, the excellent customer service we received has ensured Graziella Fine Jewellery will be where any of our future jewellery or watch purchases will be made. Already, I've recommended Graziella to my parents, who are looking to have a platinum wedding band made for my mother, to replace her existing band.

We just can't get over how special and generous our experiences were at Graziella Fine Jewellery - we recommend them highly!!!

Best experience ever! A while back my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to start looking at rings so we decided to visit Graziella Jewelry. We went to their Whitby location and we were not disappointed. The store is stunning. It’s almost as beautiful as their merchandise! We were warmly greeted by Lafleur. She was very kind and helpful and wasn’t pushy in the least. Since this was our first time ever looking around, we decided to peruse the entire store and found a few different gems. Lafleur created a profile for us where we were able to take note of a watch and necklace we liked for possible future purchases.

A little while later we decided to look a little more seriously into ring options and decided to check out Graziella’s Oshawa location this time. The store just shined! I found a ring we really loved however I wanted to sleep on it. The Salesman was kind enough to note it in our profile and allowed me to took a picture of the ring for future review.

Fast forward a few weeks and the time came where we finally wanted to buy THE ring. We returned to the Oshawa store only to find out the ring in question was sold. Although they offered to order it in, I found 3 other rings I also loved. Ultimately, we decided to go with the custom ring route where I was able to design my very own ring with Alex. He was great. He wanted to make sure we had a great experience and that the ring really suited me and my hand. Best of all, he wasn’t pushy in the least.

I recently had the privilege of working with my good friend of over 20 years Jack at GRAZIELLA Fine Jewellery. I have to say that I am beyond impressed with their generosity and commitment to the community. Not only do they offer an exceptional selection of high-quality jewelry, but Jack and his father George also go above and beyond to make a positive impact on others.

As part of a Secret Santa initiative I have for a sick young boy, I reached out to Jack to see if they could help in any way, and they graciously donated a beautiful Pandora bracelet with numerous charming and meaningful charms to be raffled off for this cause.
