Jeet simply over promises, lies and under delivers. He is as shady as they come. I'm a 25yr local Sales Rep (veteran), successful and informative, so it was very easy to see through his fake words. He didn't even have to sell Us, as we are known as "lay downs" in the Retail world. We want it, we buy it. The best customers to meet. We chose a custom peice of furniture here as we unfortunately couldn't find the "cloud couch series" anywhere else with foam and gel. They made it with the wrong fabric on purpose, which he admitted after we called him out on it. Jeet originally said it's the dye, they can be different. Quickly back tracked once we found the truth. He must think my wife and I were blind and uneducated, both being high Career earners. Literally the delivery pkg had the name and code of a different fabric which was easy to google to find the brand. I called directly to the factory provider to confirm the fabric and quality. The Original Fabric we wanted was on Back Order for weeks but FK decided to make this one anyways w/o telling us. I even asked Jeet to make sure to advise Us of any delays as we had donated our old furniture and were using our basement. Delivery guys weren't smart enough to remove the legs as I repeatedly mentioned to Jeet they had to be removed to enter the doorway. They left all furniture in our garage instead. He knew l repeatedly mentioned the legs had to be removed and he said don't worry they will set things up np for you. I eventually ended up bringing it inside myself as we ended up taking the furniture at a reduced price being so open minded. Still waiting for 2 lousy pillows which they forgot to make. I'm 99% sure they are sitting in the Showroom but Jeet simply ignoring to call me to pick them up and worse he promised he would "personally" deliver it. Needless to say crickets from this useless rep. He ducks calls and text msgs after the sale. Ignore this Company or least him. WARNING WARNING Warning Do not shop from this store you will regret it I bought a set bed of 8 pices grey silver color for total of $2935.00 .They delivered same thing completely diferent from what I did pay for. I got a goldish color and the bed set look like a cardboard and it was not what i expected.the pictures will tell you all "zoom for details". I call the store right the way and email them about the situation.the answer was that it was a defirent shapment and it is what it is. Then I asked for either an exchage or refund.but I got neither exchage or refundby keep sayiny it is defirent shapment WHAY I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR WRONG SHIPMENT in spite of that I asked them to exchange the ground model from the store which was a side bed table and dresser I had to take that day of from work bacause at first they were ok to do it and it should be delivered on Tursdy fiest between12:00pm to 4:00 pm then it was changed to 4:00pn to 8:00 pm after mutiple calls they finaly delivered at 9:05 pm only the bed side table.I got vey upset becausefthe dfesser was not delivered and i hold the side bed table. The next i went to the store and i asked them why the dresser was not delivered firat he said there was not room in truk?????? Do a delivery twise?????? Then they said what if I hold them. In what logic same one keep 3 bed side table ane 2 dresser in on room ???????? I do not give reviws for smal things.but I feel it is my duty to inform peaple about this kind of practice because people save money for years to realise their dreams that it goes like that. I wish I could give zero stars as a rating. Horrible experience, completely unprofessional. Their initial niceness is just to secure a sale. Rude, disgusting in behavior.

The story is we ordered one queen size bed and it came broken. When we contacted they said they won't be able to replace it but will repair it and send it again. As we moved to a new place and had nothing else to its alternative, we asked how many days you would take to redeliver it, they couldn't give me an exact timeline but said it might take one week. When i said where we will sleep then? they said we redelivering you for free, you might be happy with that. I was like what!! It's not my fault you delivered broken and how come a new stuff come broken? what kind of product you deliver has such pathetic quality?

They started behaving so rude and even disconnected phone on my face.

Kindly avoid this place. They are a new kind of scam,...
