Man serving us wasn’t wearing his mask (had it hanging from his ear the entire time) and he gave us the wrong donut, which is fine.. just a mistake. So after I took the donut out of the bag my mom brought it up and he took it from her and put it back with the rest of the donuts to resell, after 3 people (me, my mom, and him) had touched it. Pandemic aside, this isn’t okay! But the fact that we are currently in a pandemic makes this 100 times worse. Would not go back. I ordered a French vanilla and it was made in 2 seconds without the sound of a machine going off. Their menu item for this is “flavoured cappuccino” so I assumed there would be some machine making this drink. Upon tasting the drink, it was simply water, mixed with sugar. They must have used an instant mix for this drink. It was very disappointing and was not worth the $2.30...
