Whitby Wraps — Restaurant in Whitby

Ordered Shawarma Dinner which comes with Salad and Rice, wasn't as expected.... Nowhere compare to Villa Madina because the charge same amount... He gave 60-70% Lettuce, 25-30% White steamed Rice. Little shawarma Topping about 2-3% and not fresh..... I was figuring out how to eat the White steamed rice, normally it should be yellow rice with some sauce. Was Not Happy with the shawarma portion for the money we pay.. I don't recommend going there... they just spoiled the name of authentic dish by preparing and serving this funny way... Also ordered Poutine, the price displayed outside the shop is not the same... he said it's increased then what is that price board...

What a disaster. Today is Saturday June 19. Found their website, placed my order online at 11:45am and got my order number with the pick up time of 12:07pm. Then received an email from the restaurant with my order details saying come pick up your order at 12:07pm. I drove 20 mins to the restaurant. Got to the door —- and the restaurant is Closed. Lights out. Small 4X6” sign in window saying “Closed on weekends”. What a joke of a business. Will NEVER order anything from them again. Too many other responsible restaurant owners who can use my business. And who know how to run a website! Sorry. But cannot reward any business in Whitby for this kind...

Gotten a Falafel wrap. The wraps were regular store bought, the falafel itself was very dense and dry so probably frozen and thawed. So dry that it was quite the challenge to eat. The vegetables didn't look too fresh and crisp and the tomatoes looked like they were cut 2 days ahead like they were dried out. Olives from a can. Tzatziki that tasted like diluted yoghurt. It was busy in there around lunch so I hoped something good, only to be disappointed. $9 in my opinion is a bit high for a wrap where no effort is put in. I would pay $10 for a wrap if I knew it was going to be an awesome falafel wrap. I would not...
