Yesterday I came into the restaurant because it caught my eye since I love shawarma and their signage is quite bright and showcases their food on the windows.
I got a Falafel shawarma combo with a salad and a water, the shawarma is bigger than the water bottle, was full of a nice amount of toppings and sauces. Their Falafel is quite literally the best Falafel I've ever had from a restaurant everyone else's was very dry, hard to eat and didn't really enjoy but this restaurants Falafel was good, it had some crispiness on the exterior and it's very soft and pleasant on the inside! So I will be eating their Falafel again! I like their hot sauce it's flavorful and not too hot so you can add quite a bit to your food if you please.
The shawarma is quite filling on it's own so you don't need a side if you have a small appetite like myself but their salad is good. There's plenty of sauce options and decent toppings and several shawarma types
Also the employee who served me although newer to the restaurant was very kind to me and very accommodating like I don't enjoy soda much and I was able to have just a water with ease, he also struck up some light conversation and complimented me on my septum piercing so I find this restaurant to be welcoming and caring rather than dismissive or rude
So I will be returning, thank you for the...
Read moreBest place to dine in for Indian food and Indian appetizers! Didn’t knew about this new place coming up ! One of my friend suggested me to try the food here and on our way back to Montreal we all had our stop here at Butter Chicken Roti ! At first glance looking at the location and the place we didn’t really had any idea that they would be serving such mind blowing and rich Indian taste cuisine ! We ordered bhelpuri , dahi puri and signature chicken tikka masala and first thing everyone said after trying the food was ‘WOW’ ! The taste was really very good plus the spice level was up to our hope and the flavours of the spices they really made the food more tasteful and 5 stars to the presentation of the food as well ! The service was up to the point and when we having our food the manager who was present there named ‘Aniket’ came at our table and asked us that how was the food and was very concerned about the food quality and quantity and asked us that did you people got what you guys expected and was very kind and humble ! We told him that the food was very good up to our expectations and kudos to the cooks and to you managing such good team and kudos to the owners of the place as well and we also told him that whenever we will visit Ontario this place would surely be on our list for having...
Read moreBeing a person from Indian subcontinent origin. I can say this is one of the worst place for a wrapped roti. The roti (wrapper) is not fresh and stale. They just order the bulk and heat it. Not at all fresh made. But I think the bigger problem is the curry inside roti- it’s absolutely pathetic. I ordered paneer roti and first of all paneer(cottage cheese)is NOT tofu so pl use real paneer. Curry was also stale and used as a cross mix for all kind of roti- so if someone orders a butter chicken roti gets a same curry as paneer roti. There are better places around in Oshawa Whitby region for roti. Do your search before buying from here.

No I am an independent person and not represent any business. If I did then I would have named that business here. Regarding your claim I had the roti from your place the very first week you opened in Whitby but it was nothing like you claim. Final roti was cooked in front of me yes- was the roti wrapper made from scratch? Is it done now? Talking about curry- I ordered 2 rotis and curry was equally bad in both. Pl refrain from making a claim that I represent any business if you don’t know...
