What a complete disappointment. We ordered our normal 2 large pizzas and 1 gluten free. (We are from Ontario and order from Pizza Hut all of the time at home). We were heading home and hadn’t had lunch so we thought pizza to go would be great. Well when I got there she didn’t make the gluten free one, so we had to wait. No apologies, no discount, nothing. Fine whatever. I specifically told her we need it cut as we are travelling and have to way of cutting it ourself. Came back and she told me she couldn’t cut it. I explained again that it’s for my 9 year old son and we are travelling, so it has to be cut. Ok. So 10 minutes and a whole lot of drama later she gives me our pizza. I wish I took a picture. The gluten free pizza looked like throw up with pepperoni on it. Slopped into the box, soggy dough with pieces just all over the box. I went in and asked for a refund and told her I didn’t want any of my order. She was upset because the other pizzas were fine and the gluten free pizza wouldn’t have looked like that if she didn’t cut it… except it was still soggy/raw in the whole Center so wether it was cut or not, it was still a mess. Also, did she expect me to feed the rest of my family pizza while my 9 year old had nothing? Thankfully the manager (I think) listened and refunded me. Now we are on the road with very disappointed kids. Note to self, go with subway when in Winnipeg…...
Read moreDid an online order, said it would be delivered at 4:55 pm. At 5:10, received a phone call from there saying that their driver’s car wouldn’t start. She was very apologetic and said she had to wait for someone to get there at 6, and our pizza would be here sometime after six. I said that was not acceptable as it was supposed to be here at 4:55. She said would you like to cancel your order or wait til after 6 fur it to be delivered? I said I’ll do the after 6 but I’m gonna need a discount or something from all this trouble. She all of a sudden forgot what the word ‘discount’ meant even though she spoke English perfectly. When I finally told her what it meant she said no no we can’t do that. We cannot offer you anything. At which point I said so you’d rather lose a customer? She repeated herself ‘we cannot offer you anything’. And I said ok I’m gonna go and put this allll over Facebook and hung up. They never showed. Never going through their delivery or going there ever again. (We have always used Henderson location up til yesterday, but that is the default Pizza Hut they assigned me on my order. Read moreThis location is so cheap with the cheese toppings. I have paid for extra cheese and also ordered a pizza (the Hawaiian) that was supposed to come with extra cheese, and it doesn’t matter. It never comes with extra cheese. It doesn’t even come with enough regular cheese, it is so sparse. There are literally bare spots on most of the pizza where you can see the dough. Take a look at the photos below. You can see where it is bare just sauce and no cheese at all.
Update: ordered again this weekend and it’s even worse than before. They had a special on buy one pizza get the second for $1 so I thought I’ll give it another go and it’s worse than ever. Why not charge a couple bucks more if need be and actually put cheese on the pizza! I paid $30 for 2 large and I actually had to grate my own mozzarella and add it to these pizzas and then air fry them for a bit. I shouldn’t have to do that! I circled all the areas that had zero cheese. They are really cutting back on the cheese. Why? This location is within walking distance for me but that’s it. I’m going to go to a different Pizza Hut or Santa Lucia next time. They never skimp...
