Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Decided to leave a review after second time of trying this place.... First time I had ordered a burrito bowl off of Skip The Dishes, it arrived fairly quickly (20-25) and it was delicious. Everything was still fresh and heated accordingly. Thought the portion size was pretty decent as well, I did order with extra Beef Barbacoa as I was told from a friend that they aren't to generous with portions. Needless to say it really defied that and I was full from the bowl Second time around...tonight I ordered from Uber eats, complete 360 experience. food was extremely cold, half of the rice was not cooked thoroughly, I had crunchy rice! Not impressed this time around at all! Gave three stars because I'm not sure what the proper rating should be. Also I have not tried going inside to order-maybe that would be better? Just seems pretty crazy to have such a complete opposite experience when I had ordered the EXACT same thing...

The burritos are okay but twice when I have walked in the store have the employees either have not been wearing a mask or wearing it improperly.

The last time this happened was just before we came into the new high restrictions, and the person CLEANING the food prep area was wearing her mask below her face. When asked why she wasn't wearing her mask properly she said simply that she hadn't heard/seen me walk in.

I feel like the staff here might need a refresher as to how this virus spreads through aerosols & why it is important to wear your mask properly, especially while cleaning in a public place / restaurant. Where people are trusting that these restrictions are being taken seriously & still supporting...

I've always been a fan of Mucho Burrito, enjoying their fresh ingredients and generous portions. However, my recent visit to this specific location has left me quite disappointed.

Compared to other Mucho Burrito restaurants across Canada, this location consistently provides noticeably smaller portions. While I appreciate the quality and taste that Mucho Burrito is known for, I find the serving sizes at this particular branch to be underwhelming.

It's unfortunate because the quality of the food is still there, but I expect to leave a Mucho Burrito feeling satisfied, not still hungry. I hope management takes note and aligns their portion sizes with the other locations. Until then, I might have to take my...
