Local histórico que permanece quase intacto desde a sua construção há um século e pouco. Há muita diversidade de produtos disponíveis, desde plantas medicinais, roupas em boutiques, várias frutas incluindo a papaia e a banana que fizeram parte do crescimento de muitos Cabo Verdeanos, e até também uma barbearia.
