New World Department Store — Local services in Beijing

The complex was a bit confusing, in my opinion. It was hard to tell where things were, and we didn't find many Western shops, but rather mostly Chinese brands. We also expected a much bigger place. The shopping mall is definitely for tourists. The prices are comparable to Western prices. We were able to bargain for three pairs of brand sunglasses and got a 20% discount. However, if we had compared prices in other shops, we could have ordered them for the same price or even a little cheaper when we got back to Europe. So, in my opinion, you can't really save money here, but you can look around and have some fun. Option 2 (More Structured and Polished) In my opinion, the complex was a bit confusing to navigate. The mall also felt smaller than we anticipated. This shopping center seems primarily aimed at tourists, with prices on par with what you'd find in the West.
